Warehouse Order Management & POS Print Server Solution for Lenoria

THE CHALLENGE

As order volumes increased, Lenoria warehouse operations became increasingly difficult to coordinate. Multiple dispatchers were responsible for packing orders simultaneously, but they all relied on a shared printing process for packing slips and invoices. This created delays, duplicate prints, and confusion over which orders had already been packed. The business needed a way for several warehouse operators to work in parallel while seamlessly sharing a single POS printer.

OUR SOLUTION

We deployed DynaSale alongside a custom-built POS Printer Server designed specifically for multi-user warehouse environments. Dispatchers could simply tap "Order Packed" from the DynaSale mobile application, and the central printer server would instantly receive the request and print the corresponding packing slip or invoice. This architecture enabled multiple warehouse operators to share the same POS printer simultaneously without conflicts. Combined with DynaSale's order management, courier integration, invoicing, and fulfillment tracking, the entire packing workflow became centralized, automated, and significantly more efficient.

THE RESULTS

The new workflow eliminated printing bottlenecks and allowed multiple dispatchers to process orders concurrently using a single printing infrastructure. Packing became faster, more organized, and less prone to human error, while real-time order status updates improved visibility across the fulfillment team. With streamlined warehouse operations and automated printing, Lenoria was able to handle growing order volumes without adding operational complexity, resulting in quicker dispatch times and a more scalable fulfillment process.
