We developed a lightweight, mobile-first delivery management platform that functions as both a web-based Single Page Application and an Android app. Drivers can instantly scan invoices to load delivery information, view assigned manifests, verify outstanding payments, and confirm successful deliveries using secure OTP verification. The application also provides optimized delivery routes, helping drivers complete deliveries more efficiently while maintaining accurate delivery records throughout the fulfillment process.
