Managing wholesale orders through phone calls, messaging apps, and spreadsheets made order tracking, production planning, and financial reconciliation increasingly difficult as the business grew. The team needed a centralized platform that could simplify customer onboarding, eliminate manual coordination, and provide complete visibility across sales, kitchen operations, and delivery.

OUR SOLUTION

We engineered a comprehensive B2B commerce and operations platform tailored to IZ's wholesale workflow. Businesses are onboarded through secure invitation links and can browse a dedicated wholesale catalog, place orders, and track their requests online. On the operations side, administrators review and approve orders before automatically routing them to the kitchen. Chefs manage production through a Kitchen Display System (KDS), while completed orders move seamlessly to dispatch. The platform also includes accounting, financial management, sales analytics, customer management, and centralized administrative tools, providing complete operational control from a single dashboard.
